Hi! My name is CeeCee and I am a San Francisco Bay Area photographer. My mission is to show love and create emotion through my photography. As of this year, I decided to take a big leap of faith and leave my career in the corporate world to pursue photography full-time. I love people and being creative! Photography has always been a passion and hobby of mine, but I never thought I could pursue it wholeheartedly until this year.
I understand that being in front of a camera is not the most comfortable thing. At the beginning of every photo shoot, I always try to guide the clients and let them know to be as natural as possible. Throughout the shoot I have the clients walk, talk, engage in conversation, and just get used to someone following them around snapping photos. I also ask a lot of questions and engage with you so you get to know me. I always have a game plan going into the shoot. However, when there is a background or lighting that we just can’t pass up, I like to improvise a little. I always find that those shots come out the best. The clients have fun ‘figuring it out’ with me.
By the end of the shoot it will feel like you’ve made a lifelong friend. My style is natural and fluid with some direction. At the same time, I always encourage creative input from my clients. You know what they say, two heads are better than one! In my photos you’ll see bold and vibrant colors, with a touch of pure happiness! I want you to have all the feels come through in my photos! As you can see, I don't have a lot of poses in my pictures or even facing the camera. My favorite moments are the 'in-betweens.' You know, the laughing ones, or just walking to the next location. Yeah, those are the ones that take my heart away.
One of my favorite things about being a photographer is being able to document a couple's journey. I was honored to take the engagement and wedding photos of the two couples below! Such a joy to be part of their lives and document their love together.
I do engagements, weddings, and most recently family portraits & maternity. Being a photographer is so rewarding. I get to be in the presence of love and meet some really cool people. I am learning so much every day and have fun doing it in the best city in the world! There is no better job than that!
