Hi, my name is Jen and I am the owner of Jennifer Elizabeth Photography. I serve Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio (Ohio is so much better than its reputation, I swear!), but I also love to travel. My photography is natural and heartfelt, and I especially love capturing the wealth of real moments and emotions that weddings bring to life.
In addition to wedding photography, I am also a high school Spanish teacher. I have always had a passion for both teaching and art, and view them as two complementary ways of making a difference in and making the most of the world in which we live.
All of the weddings I have photographed are very close to my heart, and it is so hard to choose any one favorite. This particular wedding took place in Worthington, Ohio, near Columbus, and was for the daughter of one of my colleagues at school in the community in which I taught. Not only did it bring together my two passions, but it was also everything that a wedding should be: sincere, beautiful, and most of all, fun!
Tory and Hugh were an amazing couple to work with and put so much thought into every detail that they included in their day. They are both incredibly kind, genuine people, and have just about everything in common besides their college football allegiances. :) Despite it being November and getting dark early, the weather was warm and we were able to get some gorgeous night shots.
