  • Simplicity Photography by Megan Wright

Hi there! My name is Megan Wright! I am a Boise, Idaho based photographer. Although I do base out of Boise, I am fortunate in that I am able to travel for work as well! I love walking into a new environment, and dreaming up a plan for how to make it best work for my clients! I specialize in families, weddings, seniors, and anything with a lifestyle feel. If I had to just pick one genre of photography to focus on, I would get bored I think, so I tend to do a little bit of everything! It keeps me creative! I also offer studio options. My style is very rich, colorful and true to life! Spending time photographing people in their environments and out in the world is something I truly enjoy and never take for granted! It is my feeling that everyone has a story to tell and each one is unique and beautiful! My goal is to always share each story in a way that is honest and that documents authentic memories! This lends itself to a natural, fun and photojournalistic way of capturing people.

  • Kelysian Photography

Hello all, my name is Kadijah, and I am a twenty one year old photographer and videographer in the New England area. I grew up in Connecticut, but I am currently a student in college majoring in communication with a concentration in film in Massachussetts. I have had my camera for over five years now, but I was mainly interested in filmmaking at the time. Once I started college in 2016, I started to take more pictures of my adventures and sights. However, I did not take photography more serious and develop a profound love and appreciation for it until 2018. Today, I can call myself an entrepeneur which at my young age is a huge accomplsihment. I created Kelysian Photography after the word elysian which means “beautiful and divinely inspired.” I really wanted to incorporate a word that I aspire to be and I added in the “K” because my name is Kadijah. I love every type of photography there is and I don't limit myself to anything. Which is why, I am an all-purpose photographer. I do it all from weddings, parties, headshots, graduation pictures, and many more!

  • Hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu: A Dream Photoshoot

I can still remember the first day rolling up to the Inca Trail entry point with a grin from ear to ear. I was cramped in a bus full of hikers and guides, bouncing off our seats with every twist and turn of the worn down rural-road. As we arrived I remember tossing my 30 lb. bag over my back and nearly sprinting off the bus with excitement with my Sony A7s II in my right hand and my Canon 5d Mark III in my left. I was quite literally watching my dreams unfold before me and it couldn't have been more obvious to all the hikers, I was smiling like a kid on Christmas. I couldn't believe that I was actually getting paid to hike Machu Picchu because I had grown up my whole life believing money had to be earned through hard work but nobody told me hard work could be so fun. I recall taking my first few steps and then pausing to take it all in, "I'm hiking to Machu Picchu and getting paid to do so, I've truly found my calling as a photographer and filmmaker."
