My passion in life is event photography. While attending Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, I began photographing events on campus and soon became employed as a freelance photographer for the college. I brought my camera everywhere and soon became well-known for my work, even though I studied English and Literature, and believed writing was my only true creative outlet.

Oh hey there! I'm Andrea, and I'm the person behind Lume Photography. I'm a wedding and couples photographer based near Detroit. I love my job, and would say my work is adventurous, emotional, and creative.

My life as a wedding photographer has been an incredible journey. It all started about three years ago, when something inside me "clicked" and I knew this is what I was supposed to be doing. This journey has taken me to amazing places, brought me so many great friendships, and stoked the passion inside me like nothing else.
