Alycia Moore Photography | A Whimsical Wedding in Las Vegas

It all started in 2012 when I discovered my love for photography and got my first camera and am now I shoot weddings all over the world including Las Vegas, California, Mexico + more.. I had spent years trying to discover what I was meant to do with my life and it was with my first camera that I bought on a whim that I discovered it.

Alan and Amanda's wedding was a private residence in the beautiful Las Vegas neighborhood Summerlin.

Surrounded by trees and even a backyard waterfall (OMG!), it was the perfect venue for them to say "I do".

These lovebirds were had SO many heart eyes for each other that it made my job so easy - and such a delight.

Emotion that can't be faked

What I found particularly endearing was that their wedding was almost completely DIY. With Besides me and the food caterer - Amanda designed and made everything by hand. This includes the flowers - which she made from various types of paper and spent many, MANY hours meticulously designing and putting together. Aren't they simply stunning?

When people think of Las Vegas weddings they think of glitz, bright lights, and neon signs. However, as a local and an adamant lover of Las Vegas - I know this is not always the case. Those who come here (Or like Alan/Amanda), live here, you can just as easily have a romantic wedding that is far from the pulsing lights of the strip. It's not a side of Vegas that most visitors see - but it's my favorite.

To pink/purple sunsets to lush greenery and vast landscaping - we have it all. And I am so honored to say that I document weddings in Las Vegas for a living.

One of the best perks of my job is meeting amazing people along the way - and I'm wishing these two nothing but the best. I look forward to hearing more about your love story and helping your dreams become a reality that is documented for generations to come.
