“If you’re a bird, I’m a bird.” –Nicholas Sparks, The Notebook
From old-fashioned newspaper programs to beautiful crystal glass party favors, this chic, vintage bride didn’t miss a single detail. I still can’t get over Melissa bouquet’s—the sprinkle of vintage broaches amongst the flowers was a beautiful and intimate touch that photographed well if I do say so myself! 😉
Melissa and Thomas’ wedding started at Hope Lutheran Church . I was so happy to catch Thomas’ smile sweeping across his face as his bride, Melissa, entered the room wearing the most stunning wedding dress with her father by her side. These two romantics had smiles across their faces for the entire ceremony. While witnessing these two getting married, you could feel the love between them. The way they snuck glances at each other and grinned, and the way their eyes lit up as they embraced—it was hard to look away from the stunning couple.
The reception was held at Belhurst Castle, which proved to be the perfect venue to host such an elegant wedding. Everyone was greeted with Popsicle champagne (yes, please!), and dinner was followed by the most beautiful of cakes, by Sinful Sweets.
As the sun set over Seneca Lake (outside of Rochester, NY) the sky broke out into hues of pink that perfectly painted the romance of the evening.
Cheers to the new Mr. and Mrs Venniro!
