Overall we really liked our invites, everything was really top notch, in the future for special occasions we would definitely look for you guys. The e-mails were always replied in a fast manner and always organized, but just one thing kept us from giving you guys a 5 as service rating. We believe the website didn't really specify if the rush fee that you pay it's for the design or the shipment of the product, maybe a more detailed explanation would help.
